Notice is hereby given that an EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the Grand Bahama Tennis and Squash Club will be held at the Clubhouse on Wednesday, 12th March 2008 at 7.00pm.

AGENDA
To ratify the sale/relocation of the Grand Bahama Tennis and Squash Club.

This is a very important meeting. It seeks to address the future life of the Club.
Please make every effort to attend.
Only full members who are paid up will be entitled to vote.

Social members may take part in the discussion but are not entitled to vote.

Junior Squash Program

Paul Brown is going to starting up a Junior Squash Program.

It will on Wednesdays from 4-6pm, starting on the March 5, 2008.

Costs will be $5 per child.

Minimum age of about 8 years.

Any adults wanting to learn can come along as well.

Christmas Carols

on Wednesday December 19, 2007 from 7:30pm until at the squash club.

Come along and join in the festivities leading up to Christmas.
Bring some friends to the annual carol singing night at the club.

If you can, a plate of Christmas Goodies to share and eat with friends would be great.
Mulled Wine will be available to warm up your voices.

Hosting Parties

If anyone has a birthday approaching in the coming weeks (or months) and they want to have a party, we would like to suggest the Squash Club as a venue.......

We can provide the drinks and the music, and the birthday person or people can provide food if they so wish.....We will also look after the clean-up afterwards.

We recently had very enjoyable parties for Marsha and Lisa, and last year we had a joint birthday party hosted by Kim and Lou........

So think about it and let us know.......

PS. For those of you who haven't already done so, please pay your membership dues.
